Grandma's Birthday Cake

My better half made a cake for my mom's birthday. The kids wanted a cake that looked like Grandma so we started with a "Bob the Builder" cake pan. I was going to decorate it to look like Grandma. Unfortunately, the cake stuck in the pan and we ended up with a large blob of cake and several smaller blobs. My wife asked me to see what I could do with it.

After much consideration I went to work. This is what I ended up with.
