When I first saw that I couldn't believe that usatoday would have a headline like that. My first thought was that the areas that supported the President the most in the '08 election for the most part are areas that are economically depressed and likely to get more of your money.

The reports show the 872 counties that supported Obama received about $69 per person, on average. The 2,234 that supportedMcCain received about $34.Would anyone feel better if the numbers were reversed and the counties that supported the President received $34 per person while the counties that supported McCain received $69 per person? I would not. It would still be a violation of the Constitution and a huge waste of money. The inflation and bad decision making that result would be the same.
