Personal Disarmament laws don't seemed to have worked

NJ has some of the worst personal disarmament laws in the nation. After this, maybe they'll take the logical step of making unjustified homicide illegal. Oh, wait, I think it already is illegal there. Hmmm. I guess some people just refuse to follow the rules.
