New Cyberspace Emergency Bill Introduced

Like most other bills introduced to "protect" the nation from "emergencies" it includes a lot of language about plans to do this, that, or the other thing.

The question to ask is: Would you trust Stalin with this power? If not, why would you trust anyone? Power is as good or evil as the person wielding it.
